IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

The candidates seeking for the admission in
Ph.D.
Courses of this
University for the Session 2024-25 may apply through this Online Admission Portal before last date.
|
2.
|
The candidate must read the Course Eligibility/Instructions mentioned in the Ph.D.
Prospectus 2024-25 carefully before applying.
|
3.
|
Before accepting the admission, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills the minimum eligibility conditions w.r.t. course applied.
|
4.
|
If a candidate furnishes false particulars or suppresses material information, will not be considered for admission. If he/ she is admitted on the basis of such information, legal action will be taken under the law of the land & his/ her admission shall be cancelled as per University rules and all fees deposited by him/ her will stand forfeited.
|
5.
|
The category in which the candidate applied, once filled in online application form, will not be changed after submission and no benefit of other category will be admissible.
|
6.
|
Candidates in their own interest are advice to apply and submit application form promptly and not to wait till the last date/ time for apply online. University shall not be responsible, if candidates are not able to submit their admission form on account of the last minute rush.
|
7.
|
Candidates retain print-out of admission form(s) for future references. |
8.
|
Application Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case; neither shall be held reserved for any other admission nor selection process in future. |

Instructions to Apply Online

1.

Candidates need to be registered through a valid personal E-mail ID & Mobile Number. The Email ID & Mobile Number should be kept active during the entire admission process. Registration Number, Password and all other important communications will be sent on the same Registered Email ID. (Please ensure that Email sent to registered mail box is not redirected to junk/ spam folder) |

Step-1: The registration can be made by filling the Personal & Contact details. A message alongwith OTP will be sent on the registered Email ID. |

Step-2: Again login to apply in desired course by filling up the Eligibility, Personal, Qualification details and upload relevant documents. The candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling the Online application. The candidates can edit the information before submission and once the form is submitted, it can’t be edited. |

|
Once the application is submitted, the candidate will automatically be redirected to payment gateway to deposit the fee through Net-Banking, Debit Card/ Credit card/ Wallets. |
5.
|
After successful payment candidate may re-login to download application form for applied course. For applying in another course/department candidate may follow same procedure with similar login Id. |
6.
|
Candidates belongs to Haryana State, are advised to create PPP ID and check the correctness of their details on PPP Portal with respect to their name, father’s name, Category, Income etc. These detail will automatically fetch from PPP in their application form. |
